Our shipping services are currently limited to destinations within India. While international shipping is not yet available, we are actively exploring options to expand our delivery network and cater to global customers in the near future.

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing key details such as your order summary and the estimated delivery timeframe.  

 

Estimated Delivery Timeframe  

 

Standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location. We prioritize efficient dispatch procedures to minimize delays and ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.  

 

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts  

 

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incomplete or incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, our courier partner will make two additional attempts. If delivery remains unsuccessful after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. Customers wishing to have their order re-shipped may be required to cover additional delivery costs.  

 

Handling Lost or Damaged Shipments  

 

We take great care when packing and handling your order to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service to investigate the matter thoroughly. Depending on the outcome, we will offer a suitable resolution, such as issuing a refund or dispatching a replacement.  

 

Special Shipping Considerations
